Thank you for helping my husband find such a fantastic get-a-way for us at The Royal Cancun. As you know, I travel extensively and am a bit spoiled from the diversity of places I get to work around the world. When he told me we were going to an all-inclusive in Cancun, I wasn't that excited about the place ( I was excited about being with him wherever)!  I must tell you so you can tell others how blown away we were with the resort.  The rooms were truly "royal", and you could lay in bed (which were five star comfortable) and experience the sunrise. Everyone there was raving about the place, and it was truly an international group of people. Everyone was friendly, the service was great, the food was good, the beach, the pool....even the spa massages for couples was a great experience.  We had the best vacation in a long time, and we look forward to going back to the same place again (which never happens!)

Girl Scout
Troop #967 from White House, Tennessee thanks you. Joanie Davis for helping to make the Senior
Scout trip to Cozumel one of the best adventures yet!

The girls have been
saving money for a couple of years, and for most of them this was the first
time out of the US.  Joanie worked with us to book Carnival's HOLIDAY out
of Mobile. We were able to drive to Mobile, excursion a bit and then head off
on the cruise to Mexico!  It will be a trip remembered for a lifetime.
Thanks for helping to make it happen. All of the girls are now high
school graduates heading to Colleges and Universities ready to take on the next
adventure...and I bet one day another cruise!

Joanie! I have been meaning to email you for weeks now! I
just wanted to say thank you for everything! Our honeymoon
in Jamaica was absolutely wonderful!!! The staff, the room,
the flight, EVERYTHING was amazing! I couldn't thank you enough! Good luck with
your new business! I'll be sure to share the news about how fabulous you are to
                                              family and friends!

ur 2013 vacation to Playa del Carmen, Tulum and the Riviera Maya was wonderful, the resort Grand Riviera Princess was great. Fairly large but we had no problems walking to the other side Grand Riviera Sunset which is a mirror image of the Princess. it was a family vacation and we traveled with our grown children 29 and 25 their spouses and our grandchildren ages 8 and 11 months. The little one was a trooper and an official beach bum! We never had to split up and go in different directions, it is a great place for all ages. The fire show was good and the kids liked the pool tables at the sports bar.
Our favorite thing and most certainly worth the extra 13.00 a person a day was the Chill Out Beach Club at the resort. Children are half price and the baby was free, it is Almost like private! They have cabana's with beds and lounge chairs, umbrella's and your personal waiter. They brought our lunch straight to us in our chair. It was great. And we had supper there Friday night and took our family pics. They had tables under the cabana's and lights and candles. We even saw a weeding.
The best restaurant "free" was Miso the Chinese/Asian restaurant. It was fabulous. We did not have a complaint at all about the Mexican restaurant or the buffets but Miso was a treat. The buffets had different food every day, steaks, pasta, grilled chicken dishes along with burgers and fries and chicken fingers, things the kids could eat. Playa del Carmen the town was also a very nice half day trip and that Mexican restaurant was awesome. Las Delicias. I believe they have a FB page. We also took a day trip to Tulum to the Main Ruins. Very interesting, also very hot, but the Caribbean Sea is something to see from there. Beautiful. Our whole family really enjoyed the trip. There is some walking, but with all the food and drinks and sunning the walk actually made us feel a little less guilty! And the resort never seemed over crowded or to busy. I suppose because of the size. I would love to have a swim out room if we ever go back. The direct flight with the children worked out great and we had no delays anywhere with anything. it's going to be a hard vacation to top but I'm sure we will think of something before next summer!
I would recommend the trip to anyone.

Thanks Joanie!
